Here’s how it works: AI providers like OpenAI or Voyage AI turn your products and customer actions into “embeddings”—a kind of digital fingerprint that lets Intucart match items and suggest picks, even without exact words (think “cozy jacket” finding similar styles).

To get started, you’ll pick an AI partner in Intucart > Settings under “Choose Your AI Brain.” OpenAI is a popular choice with powerful tools (like its text-embedding-3-small model), while Voyage AI offers great quality too—both need an API key (a special code) to connect. Once you’ve got it, pop it into Intucart’s settings and save—your Free tier gets AI powered semantic search, while Pro and Enterprise unlock fancier features like product recommendations and gutenberg blocks.
