Defining What Intucart Offers You

Plugin Services

Details about accessing and using our plugin and its features.

Acceptance of Terms: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Intucart plugin and related services (“Services”) provided by Intucart (“Company”). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use after changes posted on our site signifies your acceptance.

License: Intucart grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin for your WooCommerce sites, subject to the limitations specified in these Terms. The Free tier allows use on 1 site at no cost; Professional ($19.99/mo post 14-day trial) permits 2 sites with advanced features; Enterprise ($99/mo) covers 5+ sites (tiered up to 25) with API and Gutenberg blocks—licenses are tied to your unique key, validated daily.

Third-Party Services: Intucart relies on third-party services like OpenAI or Anthropic for embeddings and Pinecone or Zilliz for vector storage, which you must separately acquire. You’re responsible for obtaining these accounts, adhering to their terms, and covering any associated costs—Intucart’s caching and CRON efficiency keep these minimal, often free for small shops via provider free tiers.
Protecting What’s Ours and Yours

Property rights

Rules about ownership, intellectual property, and data privacy.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: Intucart and its code, branding, and design remain the property of Intucart under these Terms. You retain ownership of your store data and embeddings; any feedback you provide may be used to enhance Intucart without obligation—our IP stays ours, your data stays yours.

Privacy and Data: Intucart collects minimal data to deliver its Services, as governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We store your license key, site URL (for validation), and optional GA4 ID securely—not shared or sold; your embeddings and store data reside with your chosen Pinecone/Zilliz accounts.

Keeping Intucart Fair and Secure

Prohibited activities

Limits on what you can’t do with our plugin.

Usage Restrictions: Intucart prohibits actions that undermine its integrity or purpose as outlined in these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the plugin without written consent—use is limited to your licensed sites, and abuse (e.g., bypassing caching for excessive API calls) may lead to suspension.

How We Deliver and Maintain Intucart

Services management

Terms for payments, support, updates, and legal protections.

Payment and Subscription: Intucart offers tiered pricing to access its Services, managed through WooCommerce subscriptions. Free tier is $0/mo; Professional is $19.99/mo with a 14-day trial (auto-bills post-trial unless canceled); Enterprise is $99/mo (tiered options, e.g., $149/mo for 25 sites)—non-payment pauses access, all sales final unless mandated by law.

Updates: You are entitled to receive updates for the Intucart plugin, including bug fixes and new features, as long as your license remains active. Free tier updates are ongoing at no cost; Professional and Enterprise require an active subscription ($19.99/mo or $99/mo) for continued access—renew to stay current, or use as-is without updates post-subscription.

Support: Intucart provides support tailored to your subscription tier under these Terms. Free tier users access community forums; Professional and Enterprise users get priority email support within 24 hours—updates and assistance continue with an active license, subject to our discretion.

Refunds: Intucart maintains a clear refund policy under these Terms to ensure fairness and transparency. The Free tier is free, no refunds apply; Professional offers a 14-day trial—cancel before it ends for no charge, post-trial subscriptions ($19.99/mo) are non-refundable; Enterprise subscriptions ($99/mo) are non-refundable once billed—exceptions granted only where required by applicable law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period).

Warranty Disclaimer: Intucart is offered “as is” without warranties beyond what these Terms specify. We strive for quality but don’t guarantee error-free operation or suitability for all needs—third-party service performance (e.g., OpenAI, Zilliz) is outside our control, use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: Intucart’s liability under these Terms is limited to protect both parties reasonably. We’re not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from plugin use—max liability is your payments to us over the last 6 months; third-party issues fall under their terms.

Termination: Intucart reserves the right to end your access to Services if these Terms are breached. You can stop using Intucart anytime by deleting it and canceling subscriptions; we may terminate for misuse or non-payment—post-termination, remove Intucart from your sites.

Governing Law: Intucart’s Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, ensuring a clear legal framework. Disputes are resolved there, unless local laws (e.g., EU consumer protections) apply—fair and straightforward.
